Brock

Brock is the Gym Leader of Pewter City's Gym, known officially as the Pewter Gym. He gives the Boulder Badge to Trainers who defeat him in battle. He specializes in Rock-type Pokémon. After defeating Brock he will give you the TM for Rock Tomb.

Brock is one of the few truly serious professional Pokémon Trainers in the Pewter City area, and many people respect and admire him. He is quite proud of his rock-hard willpower, and uses Rock-type Pokémon to complement this. He rarely laughs or drops his serious demeanor, but when he does, he finds it hard to stop. In his free time, he likes to dig for Fossils in Mt. Moon. In addition to the Boulder Badge, Brock gives out TM - Rock Tomb.
